It was prepared just the way I like it with the ingredients all mixed into the egg before it is cooked. The home fries are perfect! A little crispy, but not overcooked. Everything was served hot, and the staff is delightful. Today I had eggs over easy with ham and home fries. Again, everything cooked perfectly and served hot. Service was fast and friendly. A friend had a burger and said it was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend KP’s! ”
